ZimaPack offers safer, cleaner ways to clean, fill, and cap bottles with our Monoblocks. Our process prevents bottles from traveling uncapped, which reduces the risk of spills. Additionally, the Monoblock design saves valuable space on your plant floor, is cost-effective, and includes fewer electronics and spare parts. This results in lower maintenance requirements and easier cleaning.

How Do They Work?

  • Optional Rinsers: Designed to clean bottles using ionized air, water, or a sanitizing solution—ensuring a contaminant-free container before filling.
  • Precision Net Weight Filling: Each filling station includes a load cell, pneumatically controlled nozzle, and bottle plate. Weight is measured over 2,000 times per second during filling to ensure consistent accuracy.
  • Fully PLC-Based Control: Our machines are driven by a PLC system and feature a user-friendly touchscreen HMI. Operators can easily select from pre-programmed recipes for different products and container types.
  • Integrated Clean-In-Place (CIP): Internal spray balls clean the tank and all product-contact components, while an external CIP system washes machine parts inside the protective guard zone.
  • Versatile Capping Solutions: Capping turrets are customizable to handle a wide variety of cap types and sizes. Each turret features dedicated cap chutes and mechanical clutch-style capping heads to deliver precise torque and a secure seal every time.
