Mini Con R with Feed Table

The Tach-It Mini-Con R with Feed Table offers an automated labeling solution for applying labels to bottles and round containers. Using our industry proven Tach-It Mini-Con R, we have added a 39 inch (1000 mm) diameter all stainless steel feed table, a stand for the Mini-Con R and a spacer motor to create an automated labeling system that is economical, reliable and offers high productivity. Perfect for use in the pharmaceutical, medical, cannabis, CBD, vitamin, food, beverage and a host of other applications. Adaptable to new machines and for existing machines already in the market the feed table allows operators to load the products to be labeled onto the table which rotates at an operator determined variable speed and presents the products onto the conveyor of the Mini-Con R for the labeling. Production output is operator determined as the feed table and the Mini-Con R have adjustable speeds up to 600 inches per minute. For full integration into existing packaging and filling systems, the Mini-Con R with feed table system has adjustable height legs and casters for portability and a small footprint relative to other systems currently on the market.
