CoPilot Gemini High-Resolution Industrial Inkjet Printing System
The Squid Ink CoPilot® Gemini is a large-format high-resolution industrial inkjet printer designed to produce sharp, consistent codes on porous and non-porous surfaces. With up to 5.6” of print height from a single printhead and production speeds up to 220 ft/min, the CoPilot Gemini provides a powerful and cost-effective solution for case coding, packaging, and label replacement applications across a wide range of industries.
Large Format Printing for Maximum Coverage
Featuring Squid Ink’s largest printhead, the CoPilot Gemini delivers bold, high-resolution text, crisp graphics, scannable GS1 barcodes, and professional logos at up to 360 dpi. The system is ideal for replacing labels by printing directly onto cartons, cases, and packaging materials—reducing label inventory and lowering overall operating costs.
Flexible Ink Options and Advanced Print Technology
The CoPilot Gemini supports oil-based, solvent-based, and UV-LED curable inks for reliable adhesion and fast dry times on a wide variety of substrates. Its active ink system allows the printhead to be tilted or rotated in any direction without adjusting the ink supply, giving users maximum installation flexibility.
Operator-Friendly Control and Message Management
A bright 4.3” full-color touchscreen provides simple access to stored messages and printer controls. Messages are created and edited using Squid Ink’s Orion™ PC software and can be transferred via USB, Ethernet, wireless connection, or optional Windows® tablet for convenient message management directly on the production floor.
