CoPilot Max LT Hi-Resolution Industrial Inkjet Printing System
The Squid Ink CoPilot® Max LT is a long-throw, high-resolution industrial inkjet printer built for demanding case coding and packaging applications where product position isn’t always perfect. With an unprecedented 10–12mm throw distance, the CoPilot Max LT is ideal for overfilled cases, recessed print areas, inconsistent product handling, and irregular surfaces—delivering clean, readable codes without constant line adjustments.
Bigger, Better, Faster Performance
Designed for high-speed production, the CoPilot Max LT can run up to 440 ft/min at 150 horizontal dpi or up to 220 ft/min at 300 horizontal dpi. It prints up to 2.8” of message height per printhead and can support up to two printheads from a single controller, giving you flexible coverage for larger cartons, multiple print locations, or more complex messages.
Sharp Codes, Barcodes, and Logos
CoPilot Max LT uses Squid Ink’s active ink system, allowing the printhead to tilt or rotate in virtually any direction without needing ink-height adjustments. The system produces razor-sharp text, scannable bar codes, and detailed logos at up to 360 dpi—helping improve readability, scan rates, and overall print quality on the line.
User-Friendly Operation and Rugged Design
A 4.3” full-color touchscreen provides quick access to internal messages and print functions for fast changeovers and simple operation. Messages are created and edited using Squid Ink’s Orion™ PC software and can be transferred via USB, ethernet, or wireless connection, with optional Windows® tablet support for convenient on-floor message management. Built for industrial environments, the CoPilot Max LT also features durable construction, simplified active ink delivery, and large 500ml snap-in cartridges for fast, low-mess ink changes.
Affordable Product Coding
The CoPilot Max LT helps users meet GS1 barcode requirements while reducing the recurring costs and complexity of labels. By printing directly on cases and packaging, many operations can reduce label inventory, eliminate preprinted cartons, and lower overall consumable costs—without sacrificing print quality.
